These have been waiting in the wings for some time now, but no longer! With a little luck, both could be in production by the end of the year, and you can pre-order now! In the meantime, Mad Pete is hard at work on the PE set for the kits.

8 October: Here's a peek at our forthcoming 1/350 HMS Scorpion & HMS Vigilant kits!

The two views above show the master, after priming, assembled as HMS VIgilant.
As with our other 1/350 scale kits, these can be assembled as either waterline or full-hull models. Peter Hall is currently working on the PE set, and reports that the main differences in the etched parts lie in what is used on each kit. He has included a crows nest in the parts as well so that the Scorpion can be done in its early fit with the pole mast as well as the lattice mast variant. The V classes had two different heights of lattice mast so they will both be in the PE set. You can pre-order Scorpion and Vigilant by clicking on their hyperlinked names. These kits will allow almost any S - T class to be built from the Scorpion kit, while the Vigilant could be built as any U-class onwards. The Q and R classes were about 5 feet shorter (about 4mm in 1/350 scale) so would require a new hull pattern as well as some different main armament.
17 October: We just discovered that we made an error in the camouflage colours called out in the instructions for our HMS Portchester Castle kit. For those who have already received the kit, we apologize and have posted the corrected colours in a special News page.
